Refund policy: READ THIS CAREFULLY

Live Seminars: CEC will gladly refund 100% of your payment with at least a 3-calendar day (72 full hours) notice of cancelation prior to start date via email notification only. Refund may be in the form of credit card refund processed electronically, or by cheque that is mailed to you. If your request is less that 3 calendar days (less than 72 full hours) prior to the start date, CEC will refund you 75% of the seminar fee in the form of credit card refund or cheque. Cancellations on the calendar day of the seminar are not refunded!
