How To Register
You can register for any of our courses using the following three methods:

1.

Register and pay securely online by going to the desired course found on our schedule or course pages.

2.

Mail completed registration form which can be accessed on each course page with appropriate payment to the following address:

Fax completed registration form found on each course page with credit card information to (562) 498-9115

We accept checks, money orders, Discover, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.


Registration Fee

You can find the appropriate registration fee and a link to pay online on the Course Description page for the course you wish to attend.


Registration Deadline

The registration deadline for all courses is three weeks prior to the start of the course. All registrations must be postmarked or received three weeks prior to the course date, if received after the registration deadline, a $25.00 Late Fee will be applied to the registration fee.


Group Discounts
For every 5 people that sign up for the same seminar, we will give that group one complimentary spot.

How Do We Sign-Up and Qualify for the Free Spot?

In order to qualify for this discount, we must receive all six completed registration forms with the appropriate payment for the five spots. If you want to mail in the completed forms, you must mail all six forms in the same envelope. If you want to fax in the forms, you must fax all six forms at the same time.

NOTE: Group discounts can not be processed online, please contact us by phone or fax.

Please note that there will be no exceptions granted. We must receive everything at once in order to process these registration forms under the group discount policy.


Confirmation Letter

After we receive your registration form and appropriate registration fee, we will send you a Confirmation Letter that will detail the location of the seminar, beginning and ending times for the seminar, important seminar information and a map.

Please note that if you provide us your e-mail address with your registration form, we will send your confirmation letter to that e-mail address. If you do not provide us an e-mail address we will mail your confirmation letter to the address on your registration form.


Cancellation / Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via mail, e-mail or fax. For cancellations received 14 days before the seminar date, the seminar fee will be returned less a $25.00 administrative fee. Within 14 days of the seminar, no refunds will be made, although the seminar fee is transferable to another person for the same seminar date.


Course Cancellation

The California Education Connection reserves the right to cancel or reschedule this seminar due to an insufficient number of registrants or other unforeseen circumstances. Under these circumstances, seminar fees will be returned in full to the registrant. Please note that the California Education Connection is not responsible for hotel, airline or other expenses incurred.


Continuing Education Credit

Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion/Attendance at the conclusion of every course.

The California Education Connection is an approved provider for the National Athletic Trainer's Association Board of Columbia. Our approved provider number is P2959.

The California Education Connection is currently under the approval process for becoming a preferred provider for the American Occupational Therapy Association. We will update this website with the appropriate information when this process is completed.

We will work with individual states physical therapy associations to ensure our courses meet the guidelines for approval. Please check the appropriate course descriptions for updated information.

For our courses that are related to the Strength & Conditioning professional, we will work with certain organization to ensure continuing education credit may be granted. Please check the appropriate course descriptions for updated information.


Waiver of Liability

All participants will be required to sign a waiver of liability.
