The California
Education Connection (CEC) is proud to have interested facilities
host one of our courses or even have a private session for
their staff. By hosting a course or conducting a private session,
you will save valuable continuing education dollars.
Hosting
A Course means that you can provide an appropriate meeting
space to accommodate up to 50 or more people, state-of-the-art
audiovisual equipment, food/drinks during the seminar and
a liaison to help with all onsite details. Easy access to
a major airport is also required.
Your host
site will automatically receive two complimentary spots for
every course that is hosted at your facility. As an added
incentive to ensure the success of your selected seminar,
we will provide you one complimentary spot for every five
paid participants you or your facility recruits to attend
the hosted seminar.
Once a
contract is signed, your seminar will be included on all of
our marketing and promotional schedules. Please note that
this process generally takes about 6 to 12 months from first

Private
Session is another option that works well for cost effective
staff training. Smaller groups might be able to hold such
training in their clinic area or smaller meeting space. For
a set fee, you can hire the speaker(s) (and lab assistant
if needed) to conduct a seminar for your group. We will work
as an agent to help schedule the speaker and negotiate the
contract. This process can be much quicker (3-6 months) and
lends itself to facilities in smaller communities.

note that a private session may be opened up to other local
professions in the area. This may help defray the cost of
